BYEBYEKAWAII offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

READY TO SHIP - Estimated processing time of 2-3 business days.

MADE TO ORDER - Estimated processing time of 7-10 business days.

PRE-ORDERS - Estimated to take 1 month to process before shipment, though this estimation may be subject to delays due to product demand, postal carriers, supplier delays, holidays, and other relevant factors.

Most BYEBYEKAWAII products are Ready To Ship. Any items that are Made to Order or are Pre-Orders will be mentioned on the relevant product pages.

Notice about Pre-Orders: If your overall order contains at least one (1) pre-order item, the whole order will not be shipped until the pre-order is processed. If you'd like ready to ship products to be sent immediately, it is recommended to order it separately from any pre-order items.

Depending on the shop's volume of orders and time of the year, unexpected delays may occur. We do not have any control over postal carrier service delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping fees are calculated by USPS based on factors such as weight, location, and state tax.

Currently, shipping on BYEBYEKAWAII is only available to the United States (including territories), Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Palau, the Philippines and Japan. Further international shipping is being worked on and will be announced on social media when accessible.

❗❗ Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. As additional custom and duty fees vary from country to country, the additional charges are not included in checkout. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable fees are relevant to you upon pick-up. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are as follows:

Guam - 1-3 business days

Northern Marianas Islands, Hawaii, Palau - 5-10+ business days*

All other United States zones (including Puerto Rico, USVI, and American Samoa) - 5-10+ business days*

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Philippines - 2-4+ weeks

*Explained in this August 2023 update, while uncommon, shipping using USPS Ground Advantage could potentially take up to 6+ weeks. This is beyond our control.

🗽 USA BUYERS NOTICE: Items sent through letter mail will have either limited tracking or no tracking at all. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. You have an option to upgrade shipment to a package to guarantee tracking information, the number of which will be sent via email manually as soon as your order has been fulfilled. Items like apparel, acrylic keychains, and motion stickers are not eligible for letter mail due to USPS restrictions and will be sent via USPS Package services.

 

There is no refunds or exchanges, unless a merchandise defect, transit damage, transit loss, or a sender's mistake in orders can be proven, which will be handled in a case-by-case basis. Images need to be provided. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Packages sent through Ground Advantage has the potential to take up to 6+ weeks. Because this potential would be the fault of USPS and their transit system, there will be NO refunds or replacements during this waiting period.

Shipping insurance is added to every USPS Package order at checkout, a service provided by USPS in the event your package is proven to be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To file a claim regarding a lost/damaged package, please e-mail byebyekawaii.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. There is no insurance for letter mail.

Shipping insurance on BYEBYEKAWAII and BYEBYEKAWAII's Etsy before August 2023 was covered by Shipsurance. For detailed information regarding Shipsurance's coverage, you can read the terms & conditions here.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you believe you have inputted the wrong address information, send an e-mail as soon as possible before it is shipped. If the package is returned to sender due to a wrong address information and wished to be re-shipped, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so BEFORE the package is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Please allow a grace period during this time. If after 48 hours there is no updates for eligible items, feel free to contact USPS or send us an e-mail.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Coupons may not apply to specific items on clearance or during a specific item's active sale period.

All shop items are inspired and unrelated to official merchandise of any media.

Many BYEBYEKAWAII products are measured by hand. Please allow a possible 1-3 mm difference (1-3 cm for apparel) due to the manual measurement.
